[Company name]

The company's name dominates the first screen. What it actually offers, and to whom, doesn't appear until farther down.

What a visitor was missing

A first-time visitor should not need to scroll extensively to discover what a company actually does. In this example, the name filled the opening screen while the offering and audience appeared roughly 850 pixels lower. The proposed fix reorganizes the first screen around the visitor's primary questions: “What is this?” and “Is it for me?”

Online store

A small online brand

The opening screen focused on imagery without clearly communicating the product or price.

B2B services

A business phone provider

A contact action was connected to a website theme's demo company — a high-friction credibility issue.

Community

A community group

Outdated event information created uncertainty about what visitors could actually join.

These examples come from public-site reviews; business names have been changed. Findings are observations; suggested fixes are concepts. None are claims of improved conversion results or client endorsement.

What you get

Know what to fix — and see what clearer could look like.

Not a mystery score or a 40-page report. A practical review of the places where your homepage may fail to answer a customer's next question.

01 / SEE IT

Spot the unanswered questions.

I'll review your public website as someone unfamiliar with your business, documenting specific points of confusion and the date I checked them.

02 / PICTURE IT

See a clearer homepage concept.

I'll illustrate an improved direction using your business's language and identity, so the recommendations are easier to imagine and assess.

03 / ACT ON IT

Know where to start.

You'll get prioritized fixes, including changes you may be able to make yourself. You can use the findings whether or not you hire me.

A useful outside view. Free.

Homepage-focused review + homepage concept + prioritized recommendations, delivered to your inbox within 3 days.

Review my website ↗
Simple from the start

Three steps. You stay in control.

01 / SEND

Share your website.

Just your name, website and email address. Tell me what you'd like visitors to do more of, if you wish.

02 / REVIEW

Get your findings.

I'll examine the public site myself and send an audit plus a homepage concept within 3 days.

03 / DECIDE

Keep it or take it further.

Use the suggestions yourself. If you want me to implement changes, I'll propose a defined scope, price and timeline first.

Who's doing the work?

One person. A real review. No automated grade dressed up as insight.

I'm Yousef Abdelsalam, based in Halton, Ontario. I personally review the public pages, identify specific obstacles and propose how to make the visitor's next step clearer.

This is an expert outside-perspective review — not a substitute for observing your customers or running a controlled conversion test. I distinguish what I observed from what I recommend.

You can see the reasoning. Each recommendation connects to something observable on the page, rather than a generic checklist.
The ideas are yours to keep.No required sales call or contract to receive the free review.
Implementation is a separate choice.Any paid writing, design or site changes are scoped and priced before work begins.
Before you decide

A few reasonable questions.

No hidden pitch. No manufactured urgency.

Is it really free?

Yes. The initial homepage-focused review, concept and recommendations are free. You can use what you receive without hiring me.

Are you redesigning my whole website?

No. The free offer focuses on a first-time visitor's experience and an illustrative homepage concept. Full design, writing or development work would be a separate paid agreement.

Will you need access to my website?

No admin access is needed for the initial review. I assess publicly accessible pages.

Do these changes guarantee more enquiries?

No. The review identifies plausible obstacles and suggests improvements; actual business impact should be tested with real visitors and measured results.

What happens if I want you to make the fixes?

I'll explain the scope, deliverables, timeline and fixed price for your approval before any paid work starts.

Start with a fresh perspective

What might your next customer be missing?
